Like most other venues in Utah, we pride ourselves on excellent and personable customer service, but we take it a step further. We take care of many details very few venues offer to their clients. Our affordable, full-service weddings take the stress and worry out of your event while providing beautiful food, décor, and amenities to complement your most special day!
     Stone Gate offers one of the only non-denominational Wedding Chapels in Utah County for ceremonies. In fact, the charming Candlelight Chapel is one of the oldest standing chapels in Utah Valley, built in 1890. We also offer two large spaces  The Great Hall and Grand Ballroom) with stunning character that can be combined into one huge space, as well as an outdoor space (The Hidden Grove) for warm-weather events.
    With the ability to accommodate banquets for over 250 guests and flowing receptions for up to 700 guests, Stone Gate offers all of our services on a grand scale.

How many guests can Stone Gate accommodate?

We can comfortably accommodate parties for a sit-down dinner of 150 guests in the Great Hall, 100 guests in the Hidden Grove, 100 guests in the Grand Ballroom, and 250 guests by opening up the Great Hall and Grand Ballroom into one large space.

For flowing receptions, Stone Gate can accommodate up to 400 guests in the Great Hall or Hidden Grove, 250 guests in the Grand Ballroom, and up to 700 guests by opening up the Great Hall and Grand Ballroom into one large space.
 
The Candlelight Chapel comfortably seats 100 guests for ceremonies.

Question 3

Does Stone Gate have adequate parking for my event? What about ADA Accessibility?

This is a big deal in Utah County as this is an issue for many venues. Fortunately, Stone Gate offers parking on both sides of the building as well as in the parking lot across the street. With ramps leading into and throughout the building, we are happy to offer easy accessibility to your event for all who attend.

What will my Wedding Designer do?

Stone Gate Wedding Designers are unlike any other! They go above and beyond to ensure that you and your guests can just relax and enjoy your event. Your personal wedding coordinator will sit down with you to plan the timeline for your event, the floor plan, as well as the linens and décor. She will then be at your event to make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing! If you are holding a wedding ceremony or ring exchange, your wedding designer will help you and your wedding party with a rehearsal before your event. She will also be able to help you select other off-site wedding services and amenities (i.e. your gown, flowers, etc.) for an additional charge. A Stone Gate Wedding Designer is no ordinary event hostess – with her, you’ll be in the best of care! The best thing of all? We include your own Personal Wedding Designer in every Stone Gate package!

Is it possible to do both the luncheon and the reception at Stone Gate?

Absolutely! We do it all the time. Having everything you would ever need for any event under one roof makes it easy for us to switch over quickly from one event to another, changing the entire look of the room within minutes, if needed. Take away the stress of running around the valley. Come to Stone Gate for all of the events of your wedding celebration!

Does Stone Gate have a sound system? What types of devices can plug in?

Yes, we have a sound system in each reception hall as well as outside in The Hidden Grove and in The Candlelight Chapel so you may just plug in your personalized playlist in whatever format you desire.

Our number one goal is to serve you, your family, and all of your guests and to make sure everyone attending enjoys a carefree celebration. If you would like to ensure those who come to celebrate with you are able to enjoy the evening worry-free (rather than stressing about the culinary details), we would be happy to take care of all of those fine details. Our chefs have mastered food presentation and flavor profiles and always make sure their delectable offerings are served on time and in abundance. Our event service team prides itself on keeping the venue beautiful throughout the entire event. We do allow self-catering on weekdays, as approved by Stone Gate management.
